200 g.
lemon zest
lemon juice
gelatin
12 g.
water (hot)
50 ml
olive oil
1 spoon
dill
parsley
basil
red caviar
50 g.
lemons
1 шт.

Despite the «terrible» name, this dish is prepared just in 20 min. And its delicate flavor will surprise you.
Terrine from smoked salmon

Preparation
Pour gelatin with cold water and let it swell. Mix in deep bowl uogurt with lemon peel and dill (finely chopped), stir it. Dice fish and sprinkle with lemon juice. Add fish to yogurt, grind in blender, to get smooth creamy mass. Squeeze gelatin and dissolve in hot water. Add gelatin to fish-yogurt mass, stir very well. Spread resulting mass in molds. Put in the fridge for 6 hours. Chop dill, parsley and basil, sprinkle with olive oil. Spread thin layer of green mass on plate, top with cooled fish terrine, decorate with caviar and slice of lemon. Serve with toasted rye bread.
