Pie with mint and courgettes

The recipe is from book by Julia Vysotska «Eat at home all year round».

Preparation

Cut courgettes in half centimeter slices. In a frying pan with thick walls fry garlic in oil, mint, onion, oregano, in a minute add there courgettes, fry for a minute, pour with hot water and stew for 20 min on a low heat. Mash half of courgettes with curd, add cream, eggs and mix (I do all his with blender). Add rest of courgettes, peel, salt-pepper, and half of cheese. Spread in big, greased with butter form, sprinkle with rest of cheese and bake for 35-40 min (190℃). Very tasty and healthy dish, remarkable, as an independent, and as a garnish.
