Ingridients
white beans

I present to you hearty and tasty dish of beans, which can be prepared during fasting and out of it. Beans are a great substitute for animal protein. I recommend to try!

Bean cutlets with mushrooms

Preparation

Soak beans overnight, then boil to readiness.

Chop (1pc) onion finely, grate carrot finely and bring till soft in pan with 3 tbsp of oil.

Grind boiled beans, onion with carrot in blender. Add white pepper, coriander, salt to taste, 1.5 tbsp of flour, knead well and stir.

Fry in oil till golden crust.

For garnish: slice mushrooms, fry in oil till evaporation of liquid and golden color, add sliced quarter of onion.
Thicken mushrooms with 1 tbsp of flour, diluted in 100 g of cold bean broth (vegetable broth or water). For those who are not fasting, mushrooms can be thickened with sour cream.

Salt mushrooms, pepper to taste, add finely chopped dill.
