Buckwheat vareniki with beans and mushrooms
Well, just a wonderful dough!!! Very pleasant to use! And, above all, delicious! And something new for your eyes!

Preparation
Dough:
Dilute in water salt, add flour (buckwheat and wheat). Let dough «rest» for 20-30 min, add more flour (wheat), as necessary: dough should be as plasticine. Roll dough NOT thinly. Form vareniki.

Stuffing:
Mash beans.

Add fried onion and mushrooms, salt and pepper, stir it.

Put NOT much stuffing, as dough does not stretch, but molds well. Well, as always, boil and eat!
