These sweets are prepared using infant formula «Baby,» I found unused pack when the baby was transferred to another mix, that decided to use it this way sweets turned out perfect, sweet enough, eaas in preparation and they are obtained a lot of these ingredients! Enjoy it!
Truffles «Kid»

Preparation

Mix softened butter, cocoa and sugar, mix very well.

Pour boiling milk, stir it.

Put on heat, bring to boil, but do not boil.
Remove from heat, pour pack of «Baby», constantly whisking, to get smooth mass.

Let it cool completely, it takes about 3 hours. Next, take small portions by teaspoon, bring round shape, roll in cocoa and spread on parchment.

Let sweets stay so for about 3 hours, next roll each sweet in ball again and roll in cocoa (by second rolling sweets will be ideally round, by first — not).
Enjoy sweets with cup of fragrant coffee!

Лесь, давно хотела сделать эти конфетки, а вот теперь перешли с «малыша» на «нестожен» и пачка осталась незадействованой, отрыла рецептик из своих закромов-и вуаля, свершилось

))) конфетки класс, можно в каждую по орешку вкладывать-будет ещё лучше!
