Warm salad of carrots and leeks

Very common «winter» appetizer, cooked very quickly and easily, can be used as a separate dish or as a side dish to game.

Preparation

Wash carrot, peel and cut in long and thin strips. Cut leeks in 3-4 parts, remove upper layer, cut in strips. Mix olive oil with soy sauce, dress the vegetables, stir it. Fry over strong heat, constantly stirring for 5 min, remove from heat, let it stand for 5 min. Serve it warm.
