Pate with pumpkin

Preparation
Fry in butter chopped onion till soft. Put in bowl. Fry quickly in the same pan cleaned liver. Put in bowl. Finely chop pumpkin, while it is fried over low heat till soft, grind liver and onion in blender into puree. Generously pour sherry to pumpkin (but not to make it float, 2-3 spoons), wait to reduce liquid twice. Add stewed pumpkin into liver puree, add there – chopped nuts, thyme leaves, ground pepper, grated nutmeg, salt to taste. Spread mass in form and bake for 30 min, at 160℃.
