Spaghetti puttaneska

Preparation
Cut off bottoms of tomatoes, make cross cuts from the opposite side, put in boiling water, remove in a minute, and deep them in cold water. Next grind them with help of blender, adding salt, pepper, and province herbs.
Then fry diced onion, once it becomes transparent add finely chopped garlic, chopped hot pepper, finely chopped anchovies, sliced olives, fry for 2-3 min, add tomato mass, regulate taste with salt and sugar, to taste, boil it, to reduce third part of liquid.
Next add spaghetti, stir, and turn off in a minute.
Sprinkle with chopped basil before serving.
