Spaghetti Carbonara

Carbonara — is a true classic in the world of Italian pasta. Soft silky spaghetti structure will not leave anyone indifferent. Incredibly delicious!
Preparation
Prepare spaghetti, as it said on the package.Meanwhile, mix yolks with cream, season with salt and pepper.
Slice brisket thinly.
Melt butter in saucepan and fry brisket in it.
Put boiled spaghetti in colander, to drain water. Put in saucepan again, turn low heat on, pour yolks with cream and stir very quickly.
Add brisket with butter, stir one more time well.
Stirring, cook for a few minutes on heat, to warm up all equally.
Spread in plates, sprinkle with parmesan and freshly ground black pepper.
