Preparation
Preparation: heat pan, put butter and oil in it, fry onion for a few minutes, add chopped liver, fry for another 5 min over strong heat, add sour cream, reduce heat and stew, covered with lid for 10 min to readiness. Salt during preparation. Next, take blender and bring our pate into smooth mass (do not pour all the sour cream sauce – guide to consistency). Add in warm pate 100 g of butter, stir it, after cooling – put in the fridge.
I sprinkled with dried salty sunflower seeds.
