dill

Preparation

Mix eggs, add salt and pepper to taste.

Finely chop sausage and mix with chopped dill.

At first, I wanted to use special molds for this dish, but it turned out, that without them is faster And still the egg flowed beyond the molds.

Pour in pan 2 tbsp of eggs, to get oval form (it`s more comfortable to make pelmeni). Spread abouttsp of sausage on one half. And as soon as the egg from the bottom «siezes» and the top is still watery, to pry one side of the oval with a fork and cover with it side with sausage. And press edges with fork.

Fry pelmeni from both sides.

Смачно і просто. Тільки на пельмені вони не схожі, скоріше вареники чи чебуреки. я робила щось подібне, хочу виставити, але назву не можу придумати.

Это такие мини-омлетики! Здорово придумано! Главное что есть простор для фантазии, можно любую начинку придумать.
