Cake «Ladies Fingers»

Preparation:

Cake «Ladies Fingers» prepared in a such way:
Mix milk, butter, sugar and salt in a saucepan and make it boil. Add sifted flour little by little, always stirring. Boil for 2 minutes, always stirring that there were no lumps. Remove mixture from heat and cool to 70-80 degrees.
Add eggs one by one and stir it well. You get a viscous smoothie. Preheat oven to 180-200 degrees.
Cover a baking dish with a baking paper, smooth with a little oil. Using culinary syringe or plastic bag, squeeze thin stripes — fingers.

Bake until ready for about 30-40 minutes. Our " fingers " should be lightly browned and swell. Cool them in oven, do not open. Cooled " fingers " remove from baking dish.

Cream:
All ingredients for cream, except flour and egg, mix in a saucepan. Make it boil and add flour little by little, always stirring, that there were no lumps. Whip an egg well and add to the our mixture, stir well.

When cream is cooled, you can spread our cake. I had got 3 layer of 5 «fingers» each.
Decorate if desired. I baked an eclairs from remaining cream and decorated cake with them.

Leave prepared cake for a few hours.

Дійсно смакота, торт краще робити в ночі, а то пальчики і крем розхватають ще до того, як встигнеш торт зробити
