tomatoes	4 шт.
feta cheese	100 g.
cheese	50 g.
garlic (cloves)	1 шт.
olive oil
salt
ground black pepper

Tomatoes with feta

Preparation

Deep tomatoes for a minute in boiling water and remove peel from them. Cut tomatoes in half. Carefully remove middle part. You can cut a bit bottoms of halves, to make tomatoes stand, not to roll on the baking sheet.
Tomatoes with feta

Mash feta, mix with grind garlic, pepper and salt (I did not salt). Cover baking sheet with paper or foil, spread tomatoes. Pour with some olive oil. Bake at 180 C for 10-15 min.

Then remove it, sprinkle with grated cheese and put for another 5 min in the oven.

В рецепте, по которому я делала эти помидоры, было написано «посолить», поэтому я так и написала. А как по мне, так я бы вообще почти никакие блюда не солю, но если не напишу в рецепте про соль, так Вы первый же укажите мне на это
