Dessert «Mini zebra»

Preparation
For white cream. Soak 1 package of gelatin in 3 tbsp of room temperature water for 15 min. Mix 400 ml of sour cream, 50 ml of cream and 3-4 tbsp of sugar. Heat swelled gelatin on water bath till liquid. Add it to sour cream mass and mix well.

For brown cream. Soak 1 package of gelatin in 3 tbsp of room temperature water for 15 min. Mix 400 ml of sour cream, 50 ml of cream and 3-4 tbsp of sugar. Melt chocolate, add to sour cream and mix well. Heat swelled gelatin on water bath till liquid. Add it to sour cream mass and mix well.

Spread white and brown cream one by one by 2 tbsp in center of bowl. You can make several moves of toothpick from center to edges of bowl, to get an image. Put cream to cool in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
