Hello, dear friends. I want to share with you interesting recipe of roast in pots. I tasted only once and immedeiately not to postpone indefinitely, decided to share with you. I am confident that our house wifes pretty familiar with this combination. But for me it was a revelation. Roast turns out so gentle, tender and flavorful.
Let us start.
1. Peel and dice eggplants, sprinkle with salt.
2. Wash liver and clean from films, cut in pieces.
3. Slice onion, grate carrot and put all in pan.
4. Also put there liver and fry over medium heat to light crust on liver.
5. Peel potato, dice as eggplants (wash eggplants from salt) and fry in pan.
6. Mix sour cream with salt, pepper and aromatic herbs.
7. Spread in pots half of potatoes, liver and rest of potatoes.
8. Pour all with sour cream and put in oven at low heat for 30-40 min.
