100-150 g.
milk
0,5 glass

Chicken cutlets

Preparation
Cut off crusts from bread, pour crumb with milk. Cut meat from legs. Mince meat with bread (squeeze from milk) in a meat grinder through a strainer with large holes (if you do not have such, use ordinary).
Add in mince egg, salt and pepper, mix it. Wet hands with water, form small cutlets, roll in bread crumbs.
Fry cutlets over a low heat, in heated oil from two sides till golden color.
