Finally, competition and not exactly a competition, but at least something. So we decided to cook lean carrot mannyk. And also during preparation realized that I got not much semolina- just half of glass and not flour at all. But it does not matter, I thought to myself, I will prepare from what I got and replaced usual flour with oat flour (I got oatmeal).

Preparation
Lat`s cook. At first, mix dry ingredients. To get oat flour-grind oat flakes in a coffee grinder.

Wash carrots, peel and grate.

Add to dry ingredients a;most full glass of water (also should be very tasty with juice, for example multivitamin or carrot) quickly add oil, slaked soda and carrot, stir all. Dough should be liquid. Spread in greased with oil and sprinkle form with semolina and put in heated oven for 40-45 min over medium heat.

Surface of mannyk cracks, it should be so.
