Preparation
Separate whites from the yolks.
Mix the yolks with a glass of sugar. If you have sweet apples, then it is better to take less sugar.
Gradually add flour.
Whites mix in dense foam and gradually add to the dough. Mix well.
Peel the apples and dice them.
Grease a baking form with oil.
Put the apples and cover them with dough. Spread it.
Heat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for about 40 minutes.
