Preparation
In melted butter add powder and vanilla sugar. Mix it, add half of the flour portion, mix on low speed to get crumbs, add yolks, milk and wate. Mix it, add the other half of flour and knead the dough.
Form kind of a sausage, with a diameter of cakes, wrap in foil and put in the freezer for 40min.
Heat the oven at 200℃, and cover the pan with a baking paper.
Get the dough out from the freezer and cut with a sharp knife into rings.
Put them on a pan (I`ve got 18 pcs.), you can flatten them a little.
Bake for 15min, then cool it.
Soak gelatin in 2 tbsp. of cold water, wait to rise.
Mix whites with powdered sugar and vanilla, put in a water bath and mix at high speed until fluffy, thick mass. Remove from the heat.
Dissolve the gelatin in a water bath with a thin stream. Whisking, pour gelatin in mass. Stir well.
Half of the cakes cover with cream.
If yor cream turned out not enough thick, then remove cakes for 15 minutes in the refrigerator so that it stood little. If it is thick like mine, then immediately put on top the second part of cake.
Put in the fridge for 1 hour, for it to cool off, In 30 min check, if cakes didn`t stick to cream, you can put some weight on it.
Break chocolate into pieces, add oil, melt it in microwave or water bath. Mix it.
Cooled cakes cover with glaze on sides, put on a tray an add some glaze on the top.
Put cakes in the fridge for 15min, for glaze to freeze. Turn the cakes down, better on a cooking paper, and add glaze on the other side. And again in the freezer for 15min.
Then remove from the freezer to the fridge.
Enjoy your tea!
