Preparation
Recipe is very easy. Pumpkins must be taken a la carte, cut cap, remove seeds and pulp off. Boil a handful of rice, at this time, fry chopped onion, add diced pumpkin, boil for some time. Then shift vegetables to the rice, salt, add bay leaf, turmeric and cook for 10 minutes. Grind with blender into puree. Pour soup in small pumpkins, top with seeds and greens.
If not lean version, then vegetables can be roasted in butter and during grinding add 2 tbsp of cream or sour cream.
