Preparation
Cut off hearts from bread with special mold, deep in oil with salt, pepper, dry garlic. Roast on grill from both sides. Cut potato with peel, roll in same oil, roast on grill, then bring to readiness in oven. Cut from tenderloin two medallions crosswise fibers, also roll in oil, roast on grill till desirable stage of readiness. I fried egg in the same form, in which I cut toasts. Spread cherry tomatoes in romano lettuce, cucumber, pour with pesto sauce. Bon Appetite!
