Rabbit with honey and mustard

Preparation:

Carve rabbit into portions, sprinkle with salt, pepper and add other spices. Stir well.
Mix honey, mustard and mayonnaise. Mix with rabbit, leave to marinate at room temperature for about 2 hours.
Oil baking form and put rabbit into it, pour with marinade. Bake at 180-200 degree until rosy crust (about 60 minutes).
