ground black pepper
paprika
1 spoon
balsamic vinegar
2 spoon
olive oil
2 spoon

Rabbit with tomato and chili

Preparation:
Carve rabbit into portions. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, paprika, stir well. Peel tomato and grate. Mix with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Chop chili into stripes and add to the tomato mixture. Smear rabbit well with this mixture and leave for an half hour at room temperature. Put in baking sleeve and put it into preheated oven (180-200 degree C) for about 40 minutes, then open sleeve and bake for 20 minutes.

It comes over spicy, fragrantly and very tasty!
