At first dough will take all the flour from the surface.
Then it will «stick», but do not add the flour,
Continue to knead.
In 5-10 min dough becomes elastic and ready for deal.
Sprinkle the surface with flour again and roll the dough.
I make vareniki with the help of mold.
Cut off circles.
Put a circle on the mold, on the top berries and 1/2 tsp of sugar.
Put molded vareniki in the saucepan with boiled water. Salt the water.
Boil till they float.
Carefully pull them out, because we deal with naughty berry, I advice you not to put all of them I bowl at once, not to stick them.
Sprinkle with sugar and serve with sour cream or honey.
