Cottage cheese buns with berries

Beautiful buns with juicy berry stuffing. Taste of summer!

Preparation

Mix cottage cheese with egg, sour cream, sugar and melted butter till smooth mass. Add the flour and baking powder, salt and lemon acid. Knead a soft dough. Divide dough in 16 dough. Form buns of 8-9 сm in diameter. Put them not close to each other on a greased pan. In center put 1 tbsp of berries with sugar. On the top put a piece of butter. Edges of buns grease with yolk and sprinkle with coconut. Bake for 20 min at 180℃. Bon appetite!

Я давала пів року тому в блозі «КУКОРАМА» посилання, звідки в основному беру інформацію, як робити фото їжі. А ще тиснете в ГУГЛІ «Как красиво фотографировать еду» або щось в тому роді і гуглите усе підряд. Там дрібку чогось корисного почерпнете, тут дрібку. І що цікаво: читаю інколи цю ж інформацію, що і пів року назад: тоді зовсім на якійсь слова увагу не звертала, а тепер вони виявляється такі важливі
