pork brisket

carrot (small)

1 шт.

ground black pepper

Preparation

Take a jar of canned green peas, drain the juice and whisk peas with mixer until lush dense homogeneous mass. Prepare broth with pork brisket (if desired you can substitute it with chicken). Be sure to add bay leaf, allspice and salt to taste. Remove from broth ready boiled meat, cut it into small pieces. Fry in butter in a pan until light golden brown chopped onion and grated carrots. Add flour and carefully stir, fry vegetables for 3 minutes. Put in prepared broth mass of canned peas and roasted vegetables with flour. Constantly stirring, bring to a boil. In 5 min soup is ready.
