Bulgarian vegetable salad

Preparation
Heat the oven at 180℃. Wash peppers, dry them, spread on greased with oil baking sheet, sprinkle with oil and bake for 20 min. Remove baking sheet from oven, pour peppers with cold water, peel peppers and remove cord. Wash tomatoes and cucumbers. Peel onion. Cut pepper, tomatoes and cucumber in strips, slice onion. Grate brynza. Put all vegetables in bowl and stir, put in glasses and sprinkle with brynza. Stir lemon juice with oil and sauce «balsamic». Serve sauce separately.
