I propose to your attention, a recipe of a very tasty sauce. Almost ketchup — very thick, beautiful and delicious. And without any additives, preservatives, accelerators...

And sauce I made from tomatoes, grown by friends. The incomparable taste of own, real tomatoes, grown without any chemicals, organic tomatoes.

Preparation
Approximately for 500 ml of the prepared sauce:
Tomatoes and apples, wash and remove the stalk.
Remove the peel from tomatoes.
To do this, in a large pot add water and bring it to boil.
Lower the tomatoes into boiling water for about 30 seconds, then put them under cold water for a moment and rind will peel off almost by itself.
Send peeled tomatoes in a blender, add there also star anise, coriander, hot peppers and carefully mash all into puree.
Pour the prepared tomato puree in a pot, add the sugar.
Place the pot on the fire, bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
From prepared apples remove peel and core, then coarsely chop, send into the blender. Mash apples into puree and add apple puree, salt and black pepper into sauce and put pan back on the fire.
Bring the sauce to the boil and cook over moderate heat for 1.5 hours.
During this time, excess moisture will be evaporated, the sauce will thicken and acquire a beautiful color.
Pour the hot sauce into sterilized jars, and then sterilize them for 30 minutes.
Always watch sauce, constantly stir it, for he could not stuck to the bottom of the pan.
If sauce will be burned, you can simply throw it away.
In a cool, dark place, this sauce can be stored for a long time.

А помидоры — супер были. Сладкие, без всяких бело-зелёных прожилок внутри. Я такие ела только у бабушки в далёком-далёком детстве...(И почему такие не продают на рынках-в магазинах? Это же так просто — не добавлять химию, а только натур…
