Rice with chanterelles (Arroz con setas)

chanterelle mushrooms
100 g.
champignon mushrooms
100 g.
onion

soy sauce
4 spoon
olive oil
ground black pepper

Rice with chanterelles (Arroz con setas)

Preparation

Boil rice to readiness, then rinse with running water. Discard rice in a colander. Wash chanterelle and champignons well and chop them. Chop onion finely. Heat in pan olive oil and fry onion, once it becomes of golden color, add mushrooms and wait to remove excess liquid (it takes about 10 min). Add soy sauce, stir it, now add rice and stir gently, cover with lid and leave it over minimum heat for 2-3 min. Add in warm plates, goes well with dry white wine.
