Hello!
I propose you to prepare fragrant, spicy rice with champignons and peppers. Good rice and as a separate dish, and as a side dish is perfect.

Rice with champignons and peppers

Preparation
Dice onion, pepper and mushrooms, garlic – in slices.
Saute onion with garlic till transparent in heated oil, add pepper and champignons. Stew for 3-4 min, constantly stirring.
Add rice to vegetables, stir it. Stew till transparency of rice, 2-3 min. Salt, pepper, add cari (to taste), I added 1/4 tsp.
Pour boiling water in saucepan, stir it, cover with lid. Cook for 15-20 min over medium –slow heat. Once rice absorbs water, remove saucepan from heat.
Add finely chopped dill.
Cover saucepan with towel and lid. Let it stand for 10 min.
