Steamed chicken sausage

I found this recipe at La-pearl in blog, changed it a bit. It turns out very juicy, gentle and dietary dish! You can take any meat, for example turkey or veal.

Preparation


Grind prepared meat in processor into mush with garlic, cauliflower and greens (or mince twice).
Add egg, cream, salt, pepper and spice for chicken, mix it, mass should be viscous.

Steamed chicken sausage

Spread on table big rectangular of few layers of cooking film, spread mince, form it by wet hands, then wrap in film, press well, twist edges of film and tie tightly with thick thread.

Boil sausage at medium level of sausage for 30-35 min.

Then carefully cut film, let the sausage cool a bit.
