Chicken fillet with apples

The recipe is borrowed from old magazine «Lisa».
Preparation
Cut fillet in half.
Add salt, pepper, spread in heated pan.
Fry it.
Slice apples and dried apricots, pour apples with lemon juice.
Chop garlic and slice onion.
Remove fried fillet from pan and leave in a warm place.
In pan, where we fried meat, spread onion, garlic, apples, dried apricots, salt, pepper.
Add broth and wine. Stew without lid.
Serve with side dish, or, without it…
