Pork with vegetables in sweet-sour sauce

Preparation
Cut pork in strips, salt, roll in starch, fry over medium heat till brown. Add cut into strips vegetables. Fry for 3 min and pour sauce. For sauce mix tomato paste, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar. Fry for a minute and serve. Vegetables should be roasted until half ready.
