Salad «Bright»
This salad can be a decoration for any table. Guests like it very much.

PREPARATION

Boil eggs. Put them to beet roots and leave for 1 hour.
Remove by spoon, wash and slice. Cut into strips cheese and sausage.
Spread layer of mayonnaise (not rough) on a flat plate, on the top- chopped onion, cheese, sausage, cress and eggs. Add salt and pepper.
