Preparation
First you need to prepare all products necessary for the preparation of salad.
Boil eggs, carrot and potato. Peel eggs, separate yolks from whites. Peel carrot and potato. Grate whites, yolks, carrot and potato separately. Canned fish mash with a fork.
Spread salad on a large platter by layers, each layer smear with mayonnaise.
1st layer: grated whites.
2nd layer: mashed can.
3rd layer: grated carrot.
4th layer: grated potato.
5th layer: grated yolks.
Decorate ready salad with olives and greens.
