Preparation

Wash all the vegetables and cut in strips. Next fry separately, eggplants and mushrooms. Add garlic in mince, salt, pepper and fry over strong heat, constantly stirring, add 100 ml of tomato sauce, stew for 5 min. Grease bottom of form with olive oil and bechamel sauce, spread eggplants, on them- pasta sheets, again bechamel sauce, now mince, mushrooms, bechamel, pasta sheets, bechamel, courgette, tomato sauce, pasta sheets, bechamel, tomato sauce, sweet pepper, cheese. Cover with foil and put in heated at 180℃ oven for 40 min, remove foil and increase to 200℃ and leave for another 5 min.
