Hearts with caviar

Preparation
Roll puff pastry a bit, with molds cut off hearts from it. Spread hearts on covered with baking paper pan. Smear with mixed egg. Bake at 180℃ for 20 min.
Cool them. Divide each heart in 2 parts. Smear both sides from inside with cheese. Put caviar on the lower part and cover with the upper part.
