Hearts from strawberry mousse
Ingridients
Gentle and air, fragrant and seductive, this mousse will be a pleasant surprise for candy lovers, especially if you present it in a nice package in the form of hearts.
PREPARATION
Wash strawberry. Add 120 g of sugar powder, citric acid and grind using a blender. Add instant gelatin. Mix and let it stay for 10 min. Then heat on water bath till dilution of gelatin. Cool till room temperature and mix into gentle foam, which will become much lighter (it takes about 4 min).Grease form with some oil and pour mousse at 1,5-2 cm thick.
Let it stay for 7-8 hours in ventilated place to fortify mousse.
Then sprinkle with sugar powder.
Cut off hearts with a help of molds.
Roll all sides in sugar powder.
