Ragout «Yum»

Preparation

To the bottom of big 5-liter saucepan pour some oil and spread layers of vegetables and meat in the following order:
1 layer – sliced onion (2 pcs )
2 layer – pieces of meat (pre salt and pepper and season with spices for meat)
3 layer — цибулю кільцями (2 pcs)

4 layer — strips of bell pepper ( salt a bit)
5 layer — tomato slices (salt a bit)
6 layer – diced eggplant (add salt, pepper)
7 layer – chopped parsley and garlic (to taste)

8 layer — roughly chopped cabbage
On top pour with dilute tomato paste in water (to a thick tomato juice), or simply replace tomato paste with tomato juice.

Cover the saucepan with dish, which tightly cover the diameter of the pan and place on top filled with water 3-liter jar. Put on heat, bring to boil, reduce heat and stew for 1,5 hours., do not remove plate. Jar with water helps vegetables to bring juice quickly
