Beer soup with crayfish
Take crayfish as much as circumstances allow you or the budget, but at least a dozen, and beer — light, preferably Czech (well, Czech beer is my favourite!).
A long time ago, my neighbor and friend, brought from Manych (lake near Rostov) a whole bag of crayfish. The famous blue manych crayfish that twice a week went by plane to Paris in the restaurant «Maxim».At first we ate them boiled. And in one moment my friend said,: «Let`s make beer soup with crayfish!»

Preparation
Crayfish cooked separately, wuth fennel, cumin, bay and allspice

We will need broth from beef. Clean the crayfish, separate egg yolk from the white and mix egg yolk with cream. Pour beer un a hot broth, it should boil not more than 2 min. Remove pan from the heat and stirring, pour the egg-cream mixture. Put crayfish meat, and you can serve it!

I assure you — very festive, somewhat even exotic dish. Your will surprise your guests. Soup is very light, with expressed creamy taste and slight bitterness.

Не могу поверить, что в Киеве раков не купить… Приезжайте ко мне в Москву, около Киевского вокзала встречал по 350 руб за кг.

думаю, что в Киеве раки продают . просто я тут недавно и пока не видел ни разу.
