Preparation

Pink salmon was boiled with broth, puree.
Boil pink salmon with spices and greens, separate ready fish from bones and strain broth through a sieve.
Meanwhile prepare potato, mash into puree and add in it cream, puree is airy.
Spread puree in plate, top with piece of pink salmon.
Decorate in centre with rose from tomato peel and with cucumber slices from edges.
