soy sauce

ground coriander
1 bunch

Thai eggs

Preparation:

Peel and chop onions and garlic. Cut peppers into thin semirings.

Pour oil into a casserole about 5 cm height, preheat well. Put onion, garlic and chili, cook for 2 minutes, then put vegetables into a paper towels.

Fry eggs in the same oil for 3-4 minutes. Put into a paper towels, cut into 4 pieces and put on a dish.

Mix soy sauce with sugar in stewpan and cook until sugar dissolve.

(I cooked for 5 minutes until sauce get thick)

Separate cilantro leaves, mix with fried onion, garlic and chili. Add to eggs and pour with sauce.
