Jam from nectarines and coffee

So, for two bowls of 330 ml and a small one I had (without changes of original recipe could not have done, but not became worse).

Preparation
Cut half of nectarines, grind other half in blender into puree. Mix with sugar, 6 tbsp of lemon juice, thickener and leave to infuse for two hours with coarsely ground coffeeю, put in a bag and placed in a mixture of fruit (if you have not bag, you can put coffee in a small strainer and attach it over the pan). Bring to boil in two hours on a strong heat (constantly stir!), reduce heat and boil for 5-6 min (watch for glass with pieces of nectarine – not to over boil them). Remove coffee, add vanilla sugar, spoon of lemon juice, mix and pour in bowls.

It is gorgeous, believe me! Tastes perfect with morning toasts, with cheese cakes, and alone. And till peaches and nectarines become expensive, prepare such jam, you will not regret, besides, it does not need a lot of boiling, as most of jams. Next time I а)take lime б)give more coffee в)cut in pieces not half, but 2/3 of fruit.
