
Preparation
Grind cookies in crumbs. Melt butter and mix with cookies.

Cover bottom and sides of convertible form with baking paper. Spread mass of cookies on the bottom, press it well, making small sides. Put in the fridge.

Soak gelatin in 2-3 tbsp of room temperature water.
<ix in blender curd, 200 ml of cream and sugar. melt on water bath chocolate with 50 cream. pour curd mass. mix well.

Pour this cream on flat cake from cookies and put in the fridge till complete freezing– for 3-4 hours.

Then remove sides of form, remove paper and carefully shift cake on dish.
