Sorrel borsch

Preparation:
Sorrel borsch cooked very simply:- Boil chicken thigh for about 30 minutes.
- Cut potatoe into cubes and add into a saucepan.
- Chop carrot, onion and pepper.
- Rinse sorrel and chop it.
- When potatoe is almost ready stir in sorrel. Add salt.
- Boil eggs in other saucepan and chop them. Stir in prepared borsch.
- Sorrel borsch more tasty with a sour cream.
