«Vegetable lamb»

Preparation
Boil cabbage to semi readiness. Dice fillet, onion, carrot, slice courgette. Fry all separately. Grate cheese. Mix eggs, adding sour cream, flour and cheese. Cover refracrory deep form with foil. Lay the cabbage upside down and gently cut off cabbage stalk. In deepening put pieces of seasoned fillet, next layers of onion, carrot, courgette. Pour all with filling, close foil and bake.
