Potato stuffed with mushrooms

Preparation

Wash potato, and cut in half with peel (along), remove cord with spoon. Spread on baking sheet, grease with olive oil, cover with film and put in the oven for 40 min (at 180℃). Cut mushrooms and onion in strips and fry in pan to readiness, remove from heat, salt, add chopped parsley. Spread mushroom stuffing in ready potato, top with grated cheese, bake till melting of cheese.
