Ingridients

potatoes	3 шт.
cottage cheese	100 g.
sour cream	2 spoon
garlic (cloves)	1-2 шт.
greens
salt
ground black pepper

Curd potato

Preparation

Peel potatoes, boil in salted water.
Mix in blender curd with sour cream (to get cream mass).
Chop greens and onion finely. Mix with curd mass. Add salt, pepper.
Cut potatoes in half, spread curd mass.

Такое я люблю! Ням-ням… А ещё эту картошечку можно поджарить слегка, что бы зарумянились стороны и обмазать смесью!!!
