Green salad with beetroot and smoked products

Preparation

Boil beetroot. Then cut in large strips (beetroot should be warm), add in bowl vine vinegar, salt, pepper, sour cream, stir well, let it stand for 10 min, to ger juice from beetroot. Spread leaves of lettuce on plate, top with beetroot, add thin slices of smoked meat, salt, add fresh grated horseradish (or ginger), add parmesan (cut it as thin as possible), at the end pour with olive oil.
