Ingridients

garlic (cloves)
2 шт.
100 ml
For 4 porions
duck breast
2 шт.
ginger
garlic (cloves)
2 шт.
sukiyaki sauce
100 ml
dried parsley

Duck in spicy sauce

Preparation
Wah duck breast, remove skin and veins. Cut n thin strips. Peel and garte ginger and garlic. Mix in deep bowl sauce, ginger, garlic and duck fillet. Stir very well. Put in the fridge for 2 hours. Spread in hot pan duck and saice. Fry over strong heat for 5-10 min, then reduce heat and and stew covered with lid for another 20 min, to thicken sauce. Spread in hot portion pots and sprinkle with parsley, serve with warm vegetables and boiled rice.
